Being brilliant and bouncing back in hard times

This workshop is the ideal antidote to the difficult times in which we find ourselves. The question I asked myself when setting this up was, “What can we do to nurture and grow our business lives while remaining resilient?”

The session is fun, engaging and interactive. The aim is to send you away with new ideas to apply to all aspects of your life. We all come across people we find difficult from time to time. A friend who smothers you, a bullying boss, a colleague who has you running around doing all the work while they take the praise. Using the never-fail Winner’s Triangle, this workshop shows you how to wave goodbye to old, outdated, “scripts”, build your self-belief and unlock resources you didn’t know you had.
